4 Deposits and Payments

6 Bonuses and Promotions

niceph1 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to verified Philippine players who have a single registered niceph1 account.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

niceph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of our platform.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account may be forfeited, particularly where the balance is linked to fraudulent transactions or bonus abuse. niceph1 will communicate the reason for closure and any available appeal process to the affected player.
